DC Fan Motor

Our outdoor units are equipped with an extremely efficient DC motor. Depending on operating conditions, efficiency is up to 60% greater than equivalently rated AC motors.

Magnetic Flux Vector Sine Wave Drive

A microprocessor converts the motor’s electrical current waveform into a sine waveform (180°conductance), enabling the motor winding ratio to be increased while energy loss is reduced.

 

Ultra Quiet Air Conditioners

Ultra quiet operation during the day and even quieter at night. The MSZ-GE series features some of the quietest indoor units in the industry, as low as 19 B(A).

And by installing a Wi-Fi Control adaptor on each indoor unit, your Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Control App becomes capable of seamless multiple units control.

To enable Wi-Fi control requires a Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Adaptor, compatible WPA2-AES capable router with WPS and active Internet connection. Refer to the list of compatible air conditioning models and system requirements. Wi-Fi Control is optional extra for Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning systems and an additional adapter MAC-559IF-E required per unit.

Long airflow

Advanced air cleaning system

A unique Catechin air cleaning filter freshens up room air quality and prevents the spread of bacteria and viruses in the room. Plasma Duo Filter System provides state-of-the-art air purification and deodorisation filters that remove unwanted odours and impurities in the air.

 

To improve air quality, Mitsubishi Electric has introduced the Plasma Duo Filter System*.  This is comprised of the Plasma Deodorising Filter and the Plasma Air Purifying Filter.

The deodorising filter removes chemical substances such as ammonia, methyl mercaptan, trimethylamine and hydrogen sulphide at the nano-level (1/1,000,000 of a millimetre).

The air purifying filter then removes substances like fine house dust, pollen, bacteria and viruses.  In addition, negative ions are generated for their relaxing and soothing effects.

Catechin, a bioflavonoid found in green tea is used in the filters for its antiviral and antioxidant qualities. Catechin also offers excellent deodorising characteristics, which is why Mitsubishi Electric uses this compound in air conditioning filters to not only improve air quality but to also prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses in the room.
